Day 1 Transfer from Delhi to Dharamshala

Meet with the representatives and proceed to Dharamshala.
Arrive in Dharamshala and check in to the hotel.
Evening at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Exploring Palampur

After breakfast, proceed to Palampur.
Visit the famous Shaktipeeth Temple of Goddess Parvati- Shree Chamunda Maa Devi Temple which lies en route to Palampur.
While on your tour to Palampur, you can check out lots of fine specimens of colonial architecture.
Then proceed to Tea Gardens. You may also take a guided tour of the Tea Factory.
Return back to Dharamshala.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

Day 3 Transfer to Dalhousie

After breakfast, drive to Dalhousie.
Check-in to the hotel and get settled in post-arrival.
Rest of the day at leisure to explore the local market, Mall road and churches.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Trip to Khajjiar

Post breakfast, drive to Khajjiar which is one of the most scenic hill stations.
A small lake in the center with a floating island and a 9-hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover.
Enjoy various adventure and fun activities.
Return to Dalhousie.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

Day 5 Transfer to Amritsar

After breakfast, proceed towards Amritsar.
Check-in to the hotel and get settled in post-arrival.
Visit the Golden Temple and Wagah border.
Return to the hotel by evening.

Day 6 Exploring Amritsar

After breakfast, visit Jallianwala Bagh and the local Amritsar market.

We would have preferred our guides/ drivers to ask us about going to a particula (Read More)r shop that sells prior to stopping there. Also a hotel should have a cold fridge that doesn’t turn off when the hotel card is removed the room.

I recently booked a trip through Travel Pedia, and unfortunately, my experience (Read More)with the hotel arrangements was disappointing(Dharmsala only )The room provided was not the same as what was shown to me during the enquiry. When I raised the issue, the Travel Pedia manager simply responded by saying, “The room has just been changed.” It seems Travel Pedia expects customers to verify the room type on their own, even when clear assurances were given during the booking. I feel this is misleading, and travelers should be cautious and insist on written confirmation of room details before finalizing any bookings with them.
