Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Auckland
- Upon arrival, you will meet our representative.
- Seat in coach guests will be met and privately transferred to the hotel.
- Self-drive guests will collect a rental car and drive to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Auckland-Waitomo-Rotorua
- After breakfast at the hotel, travel south through the fertile Waikato region to arrive at Waitomo
- Enjoy a guided tour of the world-famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves including an underground boat ride viewing the millions of glow worms on the cavern roof.
- On completion continue over the forested Mamaku Ranges to reach Rotorua.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Thermal Reserve, Agrodome Farm Show and Rainbow Springs
- After breakfast, head out and visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve, Agrodome Farm Show and Rainbow Springs.
- Later return to the hotel in the evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Rotorua – Napier
- After breakfast, spend your time at leisure.
- Depart for Napier in the afternoon and travel south over rugged mountain ranges and well-cultivated farmland to arrive in the ‘Art Deco’ city of Napier.
- Check in to your hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Wine Tour in Napier
- After breakfast, spend your morning at leisure.
- In the afternoon, enjoy a wine tour including tastings at local wineries.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Napier – Wellington
- After breakfast check out and head through the Manawatu Gorge and Takapau Plains to Palmerston North, famous for its agricultural university.
- Continue south to arrive in Wellington, New Zealand’s capital city.
- Check in to your hotel.
- Guests can plan their day to visit Te Papa Museum (Transfers at own arrangements, entry is free).
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 Wellington – Christchurch (Own arrangement)
- After breakfast, head out for a Wellington city tour (seat in coach customers only).
- Later, check out and proceed to the airport.
- Board your flight to Christchurch (airfare is NOT included).
- On arrival, get transferred to your hotel (seat in coach customers only).
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 Christchurch – Dunedin
- After breakfast, head south across the Canterbury Plains to reach Dunedin, renowned for the local wildlife.
- Later check into the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9 Dunedin – Queenstown
- After breakfast, the morning is free for optional activities.
- Departing Dunedin this afternoon, travel inland through the Central Otago towns of Lawrence and Clyde before arriving in Cromwell. Continue through the Kawarau Gorge to arrive in Queenstown in the early evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 Queenstown
- After breakfast, the day is free to indulge in the many attractions and activities available.
- Queenstown offers bungy jumping, jet boating, white water rafting, gondola rides and much more (Optional activities are not included in the tour price).
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11 Queenstown – Glacier Region
- After breakfast, depart Queenstown and travel via Lake Wanaka and through the historic Haast Pass, the gateway to the World Heritage Westland National Park.
- Continue up the West Coast past spectacular mountain ranges, native forests and lakes to the glacier region.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 12 Glacier Region – Greymouth – Christchurch
- After breakfast, travel north to Greymouth and board the world-famous Tranz Alpine train (seat in coach guests only).
- Ascend through lush beech forests past the alpine village of Arthur’s Pass before crossing the spectacular Southern Alps.
- Travel over Canterbury Plains to Christchurch.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 13 Christchurch – Next destination
- After breakfast, SIC customers will be transferred to the airport.
- Self-drive customers will drive themself to the airport and drop off their cars.
- Board your flight for your return journey.

Thank you Mr Aashwin for the perfect holiday destination that you suggested to us.
We wanted to go for Australia but the kind of itineraires shown and activit (Read More)ies included drove us to New Zealand.
We were given activites which included Bunjee, Sky dive, Helicopter ride, Sea Plane ride, Scuba, SHotoverjet, Gondola, Luge, Monster car drive, Zorbing, Karting and what not.
You ask this guy anything in New Zealand and he would let you know all.
We were given a number of complimentary upgrades from hotels to cars. Though the car at CHristchurch was a bit old but having a convertible BMW was just amazing as my wife loved the feeling of a convertible BMW and gave us a feel of Kaho Na Payr hai as promised.
The Mercedes given to us in Auckland was old too but later we figured out all the super cars are outed in New Zealand and he did inform us of the same so no issues out there.
Overall i am very happy with FLy Goldfinch and Aashwin for the wonderful trip organised
