Sea Lord hotel @ kochi - need to improve the conditions of rooms (bit smelly when I enter the rooms) and aircon condi (Read More)tion must be improve as well. 2. Our stay was pleasant at both Guruvayoor and Alleppey House Boat. the quality of food was delicious and the hospitality extended to us was awesome. i dont mind recomending my colleagues to choose Esti (Read More)re holidays for their holiday plan.. only thing we got puzzled was when we were told at Guruvayoor that tea and coffee do not form part of complimentary breakfast menu.

Pros They have made a tailor-made package for us. They have arranged us good vehicle with an experienced driver. They have spontaneously changed the travel plan according to the conditions i.e har (Read More)tal in kerala. Very polite, flexible and having patience. Cons It would be better if they have arranged guide familiar with places/ an english speaking driver. Accommodation arranged in Guruvayoor is not so good. Overall we will rate it as VERY GOOD.
