Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Darjeeling
- Pickup from NJP Railway Station/IXB Airport by our representative and transfer to Darjeeling.
- On arrival check-in to hotel.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 2 Darjeeling Sightseeing
- Early morning (at 4.00 AM) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
- On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
- After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs).
- Spend the evening at leisure or go out shopping in the local markets,
- Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 3 Darjeeling to Kalimpong and Kalimpong Sightseeing
- After breakfast, drive to Kalimpong.
- On arrival, check-in to your hotel.
- In the afternoon, visit Kalimpong Visit Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills and Flowers Nurseries.
- Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Day 4 Kalimpong to Gangtok and Gangtok Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast, drive to Gangtok.
- On arrival, check-in to your hotel.
- In the afternoon, visit Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Flower Show, Dro-dul Chorten, Ranka Monastery and Banjakhri Fall.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 5 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
- After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is 55 kms from Gangtok city.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 6 Departure from Gangtok
- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel on time.
- Drop to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.
