What's Good: Decision made to create tour package to visit KULALUMPUR. Researched with number of tour operators. Decided to book with Travel DOT SET. From the day one to last day Exceptional support given by Executive, coordinating with local agencies minute to minute and made our trip exceptional experience. What's Good: I have taken up Singapore Malaysia trip with my parents in June 2025 through cloudship holidays via holidify . I was well informed about the trip beforehand and the itinerary wa (Read More)s customized as per my requirements as senior Travellers were accompanied. The reservation in the hotel were smooth . The operation team were well connected to me during the team . Even they helped me reclaim my lost iPhone in singapore . I had approached them to resolve the issue regarding my lost phone and they immediately took action and the respective driver dropped back my iPhone at the hotel. This was a big help from the team side I wouldn't have been able to reclaim my lost phone in such a short time period alone without their support. Thanks cloudship holidays for making our trip a memorable one. Will definitely recommend them .
What's Not Good: Only one thing ..The hotel in singapore was a put off

What's Good: This was our first booking through kamaha and undoubtedly it was really a great and hassle free experience. The itenary was well planned, the transportation and xfers were seamless (Read More) and well organised. Special mention to Mohit who was extremely helpful and just a call away. The itenary was well planned.
What's Not Good: Our stay at Furama was something we did not like and would not recommend it to anyone visiting the place.

What's Good: Overall it was an average trip..Communication was very good with the agent. Hotel and staff were very helpful and service was quick.
What's Not Good: As this was an inter (Read More)national trip so i was expecting It should have been more planned...it was not upto the mark..i had 1 full day free but nothing was planned..so that was overlooked was by me...hotel check in was late..It should have been at 3pm but got at 7.30pm ..At singapore also they too us for the same location 2 continue days in sentosa island..
