What's Not Good: I recently booked a trip through Travel Pedia, and unfortunatel (Read More)y, my experience with the hotel arrangements was disappointing(Dharmsala only )The room provided was not the same as what was shown to me during the enquiry. When I raised the issue, the Travel Pedia manager simply responded by saying, β€œThe room has just been changed.” It seems Travel Pedia expects customers to verify the room type on their own, even when clear assurances were given during the booking. I feel this is misleading, and travelers should be cautious and insist on written confirmation of room details before finalizing any bookings with them.
