Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Paro

Arrive at Paro International Airport in Bhutan.
Meet your Bhutanese guide and transfer to your hotel in Paro.
Visit the historic Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery overlooking the Paro Valley.
Explore the local markets and immerse yourself in the vibrant Bhutanese culture.
Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 2 Paro - Thimphu, Bhutan

After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
Visit the National Memorial Chorten, a revered Buddhist shrine dedicated to the late King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck.
Explore the Folk Heritage Museum to learn about Bhutanese traditional arts and crafts.
Visit the Buddha Dordenma, a gigantic statue of Buddha offering panoramic views of Thimphu.
Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 3 Thimphu - Punakha

After breakfast, drive to Punakha, a beautiful valley known for its historic dzongs.
Visit the Punakha Dzong, an architectural masterpiece and one of the most important dzongs in Bhutan.
Hike to Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of Fertility, dedicated to the divine madman, Drukpa Kunley.
Enjoy the scenic beauty of Punakha and the surrounding landscapes.
Overnight stay in Punakha

Day 4 Punakha - Paro - Fly to Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive back to Paro.
Embark on a hike to Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) Monastery, a sacred site perched on a cliff.
Explore the monastery and enjoy breathtaking views of the Paro Valley.
Return to Paro and transfer to Paro International Airport for your flight to Kathmandu, Nepal.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel and rest.

Day 5 Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour of Kathmandu.

Day 6 Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur, an ancient city renowned for its well-preserved architecture and rich cultural heritage.
Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visit the Nyatapola Temple and the Palace of Fifty-Five Windows.
Stroll through the narrow streets of Bhaktapur, observing traditional Newari architecture and craftsmanship.
Return to Kathmandu and spend the evening at leisure.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 7 Departure from Kathmandu

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Transfer to Kathmandu International Airport for your departure flight.

We(total 24 members) have visited shimla - sangla - kalpa kinnaur at the time of last Durga Puja (12th - 19th October 2024) with the total arrangement including fooding lodging and travelling by Tempo (Read More) Traveller by Laxmi Chauhan of Royal Adventures. We have great experience and enjoyed a lot. Laxmi ji was keeping contact with us in each and every point of our journey. Hotels were so beautiful, foods so delicious and hospitality was so charming.Drivers were also excellent specially Mishra ji.....thanks Mishra ji for giving us a safe journey. Eight child were also with us. ..they also enjoyed so much. Thanks again to Laxmi ji for her kind co-operation and careness.
