Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar - Visit Floating Vegetable Market
- Tour starts with your arrival at Srinagar Airport and transfers you to Srinagar Houseboat (Srinagar is also known as “PARADISE ON EARTH”).
- After having rested in the houseboat for an hour, you can go to see the floating vegetable market in Dal Lake, known for its beautiful Kashmir Handicrafts, which are unique in the World.
- Overnight stay in Srinagar Houseboat.
Day 2 Transfer to Sonamarg
- After Breakfast, take a full-day Excursion tour to Sonamarg, which means ‘Meadow of Gold.' The backdrop is snowy mountains against a cerulean sky.
- According to the legend, somewhere in the valley is a well whose water turns any substance into gold. This is something that means “Meadow of Gold’’.
- Sonamarg lies in the Sindh valley stream, which has flowers and is surrounded by mountains.
- Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan lakes.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Sonamarg
Day 3 Transfer to Gulmarg - Cable Car to Khilanmarg
- After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Gulmarg.
- Gulmarg -At an incredible altitude of 2730 meters above sea level, the hill resort has a gently sloping topography.
- Gulmarg is 57 km southwest of the capital city of Srinagar. The gorgeous hill resort of Gulmarg is dotted with sites of interest for tourists. Khilanmarg is the spot for skiing in winter.
- You must enjoy the views of the Kashmir valley and the Himalayan range from Khilanmarg.
- Overnight stay in Gulmarg Hotel.
Day 4 Depart for Srinagar Airport
- After breakfast, check out from Hotel and take a transfer to your onward journey to Srinagar airport with sweet and unforgettable memories.

Right from the beginning, the arrangements were smooth and well-coordinated. I was in touch with Mohit, who handled everything very patiently and was always available whenever I needed any support. He guided me well throughout the trip, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Our driver, Naresh, also deserves a mention—he was polite, punctual, and made sure all our local transportation was comfortable and hassle-free. Thanks to both of them, moving from one place to another was very easy for me and my family.
The itinerary designed by Umang Travel was well thought out, covering all the major attractions at a comfortable pace, without feeling rushed. Everything was organized in such a way that we could truly enjoy the beauty of Andaman and Nicobar without worrying about the small details.
