Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi to Haridwar

In the morning, drive to Haridwar.
On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax
In the evening, visit the largest of sacred bathing ghats of Haridwar: Har-ki-Pauri for attending the spectacular Ganga Aarti, a sight that you will remember for your lifetime.
Dinner and overnight stay in Haridwar

Day 2 Transfer to Joshimath

After breakfast, drive to Joshimath.
On the way, halt at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnprayag.
As you reach Joshimath, check in at the hotel.
If time and energy permit, you can explore the surroundings.

Day 3 Transfer to Auli

After breakfast, start your drive to Auli (16 km).
If you do not wish to travel by road, the other option is to take the 3.9 km cable car ride. The longest cable car ride in Asia, it takes you to a scenic Ski resort.
On the way, treat your eyes to the mesmerizing views of the surroundings.
On arriving, complete the check-in.
Later on, you can enjoy skiing on the slopes of Auli with the assistance of the resort's instructors.
Overnight stay at one of the resorts in Auli.

Day 4 Leisure Day in Auli

You have free time to explore and enjoy all of Auli today
You can partake in Skiing at Auli on a full board basis. Skiing equipment will be made available to you. If you are a beginner, you are going to get complete assistance
You can also visit Gusro Bugyal, a picturesque location where you can enjoy magnificent views of Trishul Peak, Dron Parvat and Nanda Devi. The green surrounding adds to its beauty that makes it look more enthralling.
Within close vicinity lies Chattrakund, a pristine lake that is known for its crystal clear blue waters. It is also an ideal picnic spot for those who love nature and its silence.
Another important attraction you could visit in is Auli Artificial Lake which is one of the highest man-made lakes in the world.

Day 5 Back to Haridwar

After breakfast, visit the popular religious sites of the area - Narsingh Temple and Shankracharaya Math.
Leave for Haridwar after exploring the place
As you reach, check into the hotel and relax.
Stay overnight in Haridwar

Day 6 Trip to Rishikesh and Departure

After breakfast, partake in sightseeing of Rishikesh including Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Sivananda Ashram, and Gita Kutir Tapovan Ashram
Thereafter, start driving Delhi.
Get transferred to the airport/railway station for your onward journey.

Inspite of a few goofups on the while, the stay n tour was satisfactory, thanks to Mr. Munir n his 24x7 availability to solve n overcome tha hiccups. Except t (Read More)he house boat stay at Fizzyhouseboats where the shady caretaker Mushtaq had his very nefarious intentions evident when he locked the door of our room from outside for the entire night (he didn't want us to know what was going on in the house boat at night which must be his regular activity in exchange for extra money unknown to the owner). People like him spoil the reputation of Kashmir. He was also curt n rude n didn't provide service as per value for money. He should be brought to task immediately. Again thanks to Mr.Munir of Green dot for his round the clock responsiveness.
