Day 1 Arrive in Kochi
  • Arrive at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • In the afternoon, proceed for the Kochi city tour.
  • Visit Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue, the Fort Kochi area, which houses St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Kochi.
  • Transfer to Munnar, a beautiful hill station.
  • En route, halt for refreshments, and visit Valara Waterfalls.
  • On arrival, check in at the hotel.
  • Visit the tea plantations in the evening at Devikulam.
  • Later visit the local market and buy aromatic tea from the shops.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, a sightseeing tour of Munnar.
  • Visit the Tata Tea Museum and enjoy the beautiful serenity of Munnar (famous for its tea plantations) (closed on Monday) and Eravikulam National Park to get a view of a variety of flora and fauna.
  • Enjoy local food/cuisine at a good restaurant (personal expense).
  • Later in the afternoon visit Mattupetty Lake and Dam as well as Echo Point which is famous for its ‘echo phenomenon.
  • In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.

  • After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel.
  • Drive to Thekkady.
  • En-route, visit Chillies Spice Garden.
  • On arrival in Thekkady and check in to the hotel and have lunch (personal expense).
  • In the afternoon, proceed for a boat cruise at Periyar Lake (on a direct payment basis).
  • Afterwards, you can do a spice plantation tour (personal expense).
  • Later in the evening, you may go to the theatre (non-air-conditioned/ on direct payment) to experience the traditional Kalari Show.
  • OR go shopping OR opt for an Elephant Ride (on a direct payment basis) in the evening.
  • Return to the hotel and enjoy time at leisure.

  • After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Alleppey.

What's Good: I loved my short time in Bhutan. The hotels were Very nice and clean. Since I wanted to save money, I asked for only 3-star hotels, the hotel I was placed in were all very very (Read More) clean and included a breakfast buffet and dinner. We also stayed at a home stay out in the countryside with a beautiful valley-view and a wonderful host. The homestay allows one to have a more authentic experience staying and interacting with local Bhutanese people. We loved experiencing the delicious Bhutanese food and culture and will not hesitate to come again in the future. I was just not aware how much was included in our tour. We had guides taking us personally everywhere we went. And even dinner was included in our package! You can confidently utilize this company. They strive to go above and beyond your expectations.
What's Not Good: I could have been fine without including the dinner in our package and seeking out my own dinners outside. Had I mention Ed that to Asia Valley, I am sure they would have accommodated my request.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating insights throughout the trip. Our driver was very skilled and courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The hotels they arranged were top-notch, offering excellent comfort and hospitality. Overall, Hitansh Wanderlust truly made our trip memorable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
What's Not Good: One hotel in Paro Udhamwara Resort. It was not as we excepted . Not recommended at all.

What's Good: ## Bhutan Experience Our journey through Bhutan was largely impressive, with knowledgeable guides who showcased the country's rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes with g (Read More)enuine enthusiasm. The drivers navigated the winding mountain roads with skill and professionalism, ensuring our comfort throughout most of the journey. However, our second night at Paro Rema Resort fell short of expectations in terms of dining. The food quality was disappointing compared to other meals we enjoyed in Bhutan, lacking both flavor and presentation that would be expected at a resort of this caliber. ## Sikkim Portion The transition between destinations proved problematic. Our transfer from Bhutan to Gangtok felt unnecessarily rushed, with a driver who seemed more concerned with completing the journey quickly than ensuring passenger comfort or allowing us to appreciate the scenic route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, we were pleased with our hotel's prime location on MG Road, offering convenient access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel's service standards did not match its excellent location. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and several basic amenities were either missing or required multiple requests. Overall, while the Bhutan portion of our tour delivered a memorable experience, the Sikkim segment would benefit from significant improvements to transportation and accommodation service quality.
