A traditional and healthy breakfast. Hotel staff being very helpful for any requirement in the room. Rooms maintenance was clean and tidy.

The staff are very friendly

One of the rooms we had booked was allocated to some one else and we had to be booked in another hotel that was below our expectations

Worth money if you don't mind not having a shower in rainy days.

The breakfast was moderate, the room was clean and the queen room bed was good.

Hot water is warmed by solar energy. During the stay it was raining and there was no hot water available in shower. Not a very good consept for hotel quests.

The room was really comfortable, beautiful room, very spacious and everything in good condition

THERE IS NOT ELEVATOR and they have 5 floors, for me was okey but its a important think to know. The internet connection its not working well in all the rooms and the stuff. They nock my door at 6 am and 8 am to give me my laundry, crazy..

Disappointing

The hotel is old and not very clean. It's located in a very noisy area and isolation is so bad. It's impossible to sleep and it doesn't feel very safe.

Noise, lack of communication, no elevator, very weird location.

Passable

That now the give bottled water daily and that there's a kettle and mini fridge.

There were cockroaches everywhere even I found 1 crawling on my bed and was quite freaked out. The shower was leaking water and it was all over and I wasn't given the foot towel for stepping out of shower.
