    Wonderful location, secure and comfortable - easy access to public parking close by!
    Great location, helpful instructions for parking our car, clean, and easy access. Great breakfast with a great assortment of choices. Clean room and super comfortable bed. Doorman opened up for us late at night after we went out. Great feeling that the door gets locked at night.
    We had a tiny leak under our toilet but it wasn't bothersome and only clean water. For the rest it was a fantastic stay and we'd be happy to come back.

    I will not book a stay in this hotel or any other in the chain.
    The location is great. The room was silent. The breakfast was nice.
    The employee at the reception was irritated and did not provide full information on payment options. He made a mistake in the payment and did not appologize at all, called me at midnight in my room to pay the city tax. The problem was that the hotel charged one night before my arrival despite the "pay at the hotel" option on booking and the cancellation of the double payment took almost one week, long after I left. Stressful.

    Location, Room, Climate, Bathroom, Internet - Wifi, Staff..
    Breakfast is a typical Italian style. Mainly, sweeties. No any Mediterranean specials like, some vegetables, tomatoes, green-red pepper, cucumber, Olive etc.. Cooked eggs are served cold!

    Great location. Lovely Hotel
    The location of the hotel was great. We had no bother checking in, as soon as we arrived, even though we were a little earlier than check n time. The room was clean and quiet. Lifts were working.
    Breakfast was extremely busy on our first morning. It took ages to get coffee's made, as they only had 1 barrista making coffee, and it was a struggle to get a table. But our 2nd day was a lot quieter and we didn't have any issues with breakfast.

    A really good hotel in the center of Bologna
    The central location. 5 minutes from the train station and from Piazza Maggiore. The heating. Quiet and safe hotel. With an elegant touch.
    The staff of the reseption. Bored and rude. Old fashioned furniture and bathroom. Very poor lighting in the bathroom and the room itself.

    Mixed thoughts about this hotel
    Very good location in Via Indipendenza (Bologna shopping street), very good and diversified breakfast.
    A big minus in terms of cleanliness, a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. Also the cleaning ladies were very noisy and the rooms are not well insulated.
