Quick but efficient

I had the twin room for me Very handy with lockers Common rooms Mood of the building Showers are big : clothes stay away from the shower head, place to change your clothes The breakfast was awesome

Seem like a ghost hostel, no one was in there to share moments.. I guess it was not the period to travel The reception closed at 10pm

Great budget option for Canterbury

It's a lovely old Victorian house (a former school, I was told) within walking distance of central Canterbury, Canterbury East railway station and the Cathedral. They provide breakfast - hot or cold - for a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I found the room a bit chilly, and most of the power points were not functioning.

Superb

Delivered on all accounts. Would definitely return and stay again.

Loved the building and the location of the hostel. Loved how clean the rooms were and the friendliness of the staff. Loved the view outside the rooms which was an excellent surprise when we woke up.

We requested a room with 2 twin beds but got a room with 2 bunk beds instead. It felt a little enclosed for 2 people because of the bunks above.
