Cheated us on the price, could not provide restaurant services as advertised and poor follow through
The room was comfortable and clean. Disappointed the restaurant was not open Sunday evening, (had to walk to a restaurant in the cold and snow). Asked the front desk to reserve a taxi for us on Monday so we could go to the airport. When I checked that evening no taxi had been reserved and there was no note of it in our reservation. If I had not checked we would have been screwed at 6 am the next morning.
More problems, the hotel did not honor the price we had made through booking.com. But we spent $114 in taxi fare to get there from the airport so what were we supposed to do. Waste more money going to a different hotel? So they had us and we paid the alternate price.

Just everything! Super new, clean, huge building, nice atmosphere, all perfectly fine! Amazing for the price! Great parking lot also! Super friendly guy at the reception! He gave me the most silent room ever! I've felt special!
Just a bit far from the center, but if you're going by car, it's super fine! The breakfast is biiiitt expensive, but I didn't have the experience, so I might be worth it!
