Very good

Very friendly staff. Lobby is spacious and renovated. Nice breakfast.

Small old-fashioned room - however I was aware of it. Problem with soundproofing. You can hear everything outside the room.

The renovation work that are doing on the 3rd floor . They started making noise , banging drilling at 7am .

Noise noise noise. A hammer drill since early morning and no warning

Location, design

There is construction going on and a lot of noise started quite early. Impossible to have a good memory of this place.

Had one issue with mini bar in hotel we had opened fridge and noticed that the biscuits where opened mentioned it at front desk but sadly nothing was done the biscuits where left like that for duration of our stay

I especially liked that the location of the hotel which is essentially 10 min away from Via Monte Napoleone. Also the hotel is really nice, especially the lobby area. The breakfast is great and you can choose from a variety of different meals. When staying in Milan I always try to sleep here.

If you like to have the car nearby that is not the hotel to choose because you have to park in the garage 5 min away. The rooms might seem a little outdated and could use a little refurbishment.
