Disappointing

Would not recommend

Conveniently located

The whole inside of the building including the room smelled like old mop water. Made the air thick and hard to breathe. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows had no support woke up with a stiff neck and sore shoulders. Had to take out our own trash wouldnt send house keeping. Would not provide us with more than two towels.

Very good

I give it eight out of 10 stars.

Security is good. Room was large with a full size refrigerator and a ceramic-top stove. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was adequate size with a good shower. We were on the ground floor which made it very convenient. Pets are welcome. We paid a deposit for our small dog. Deposit was returned. Rate was very reasonable.

This is an Extended Stay facility. If you are there for multiple days, there will be no maid service for 14 days. There is no breakfast , but there are restaurants and fast foods nearby. Front desk personnel where gone much of the time. A sign would be up stating the person was out doing laundry, or other duties. Sometimes difficult to get hold of them. Our room had a broken down venetian blind but no curtains. I was told there were no curtains in any of the rooms. Looks cheap without curtains.

Adequate but I think I need a regular hotel.

The price was good. The staff are polite , professional and helpful. There is a kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, stove , microwave. That part is nice. The facility is y secure..just kind of sterile

The bed is not like a regular hotel. The name Suites is a little deceptive to me. There arent any amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board) in the room. One has to ask for it and sign a form for borrowing it. I understand from the staff that people steal these items. Thats sad. I understand from the staff that the people who stay in this location, sometimes have long extended stays.

The Hotel/Motel is near the Highway; it is a big, relatively simple room. It was clean.

No hairdryer in the room, the fridge was loud.

Overall is good. But the WiFi is actually not free if you have more than two devices, you should pay for it. And when you try to pay the system told you "have got the max devices". Which totally bad experience
