Great location for a hotel and wonderful staff!

Friendly staff, amazing location to foods and sightseeing areas, comfortable bed and room, great breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea.

Rooms don't seem very soundproof (I could hear my next door watching movies every night), the lobby smelled slightly stale.

Great location and very comfortable hotel.

Amazing room. The bath was a real luxury after 2 weeks of showers. Huge room with a good view. We loved the roof bar/pool and afternoon tea was a sweet touch. Breakfast was varied and all tasty. Centrally located for all activities.

As other have said, black tea would be a good addition.

Winsuites totally WON our hearts!

- Excellent location!! Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and even spas nearby - Walking distance to many sightseeing must-sees. We particularly love the War Remnants Museum & Central Post Station - Perfect for Muslim travellers as it is walking distance to many halal eateries at "Malaysian Street" - Park Suite is even prettier than pictures! Spacious and speckless! Very very clean. The tub is a major plus! Love that there is a bidet available too. - Comfy bed to my liking. Neither too hard nor too soft for a good sleep! - Friendly and accommondating staff who greet us with a smile every single time! Very lovely! Kudos to all the staff :)

Road noise can be a factor for those who are sensitive to noise. Our room was at level 7, so it was not bad at all. - The road right in front of the hotel is extremely busy, which makes it harder for drop-offs if you take a taxi/Grab

Great location right next to Benh Thanh Market. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Only downfall would be the foul smell in the twin room we originally booked.
