    Pretty fine room with balcony, wifi (is working slow but enough to follow websites), shower with hot water, fridge,kettle, tv , comfortable bed, swimming pool available, nice palms around, very close main road with shops & restaurants. 10 minutes away from beach.
    Too high rate as for the the region, wifi could be improved to work faster, annoying lack of a shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom, an wardrobe for clothes in the room would be useful

    The room is spacious, big pool and the environment is cosy. Suitable for relaxing.
    Its at the end of jalan pantai cenang. Need to walk a bit to go to the main place where there is a shop. But overall just treat it just some sort of exercise during holiday

    Location is good. Not in the center of chenang road, so not so busy. Our room is in the ground level which is easier to access. Parking is easier to find. Pool is good, my kids were happy.
    The floor mat was not enough. Provided only one, which we used outside the bathroom. The problem was, when my kids came in from the pool, they were wet, and make the floor wet. Should provide two, so guest can put at the door & the bathroom.

    Location is great. Near enough to the beach and night markets. My family of 5 stayed in the house chalet for 4nights. Was comfortable. Staff were responsive when we gave feedback.
    Furniture can be a little more modern.

    Great place to stay but could go with bring updated in some areas.
    Great location, clean and comfortable beds in both rooms. Not much storage, could have done with some drawers in the double bedroom. Ceiling fans in living area and air con in bedrooms which worked well. Lovely pool area.
    It was the self catering villa, there was a fridge, plates and cutlery, an old 2 ring cooker top which was in the cupboard but didnt use it as no cooking pots or utensils. The kitchen area is not very nice, leaking tap and rusty window so could go with updating.

    Great place to stay as near to beach and shops.
    The delux room was spacious with a hard but comfortable bed. There was a large ceiling fan and air con which kept the room really cold. The bathroom was ok, shower was luke warm but as it was so hot this did not matter. The towels were changed daily if you requested it, the bed was changed once in the 9 nights we stayed. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and the cups werent changed on a daily basis, only rinsed out. The pool was lovely, not too cold and was just outside our room. Great location, with the beach, food and shopping only a few minutes away.
    Nothing really to dislike apart from bathroom could go with an upgrade.

    Very spacious apartement, sunny teracce in front, hidden backyard. Very willing staff. The water dispenser at the reception was a big bonus. The pool was excelent!!!
    The kitchen utensils, plates and mugs, as well as the lockers inside were not clean.
