Lovely stay outside

Clean, quiet, stocked and convenient to Inverness. Breakfast in the morning was heavenly!!

If there was small children could be too noisy. I didnt have that but could hear talking/noise through the walls.

Very good

Great spot, just be aware of the distance from Inverness if that is where you want to be.

Yummy breakfast, cozy location.

Location was a bit far afield, we had to call a local cab company because Uber/Lyft wouldn't take us. We still were able to go into Inverness, but would've been nice to be closer.

Very cozy atmosphere with a beautiful view and wonderful hosts!!!

There was a guest lounge with a conservatory where you could sit and relax at the end of the day; there was tea, coffee and even some whisky. The breakfast with a view was also a highlight!

Warm, friendly welcome from Andrea and her hardworking chef husband. Nice to have comfortable guest lounge upstairs, near the bedrooms, with views onto terraced back garden. Good size twin room, clean, modern ensuite, great view across the water to Inverness from velux window, with blackout blind. Wide range of cooked breakfast dishes in tearoom downstairs, and evening meal offered should you want to eat in (only other restaurant was 50yards up the road in the hotel, good but pricey, and you need to book). Situated right on seafront, below fast road north from the bridge, and youll need to check out route down beforehand as its a little complicated, but a great find!

Comfy cottage

Perfect room, food and facilities. The hosts are just lovely and couldn't be more accommodating. It was nice to be on the bank of the river and just outside Inverness. If weather had been warmer the south facing aspect would have been amazing.
