Superb

Great location and views.

The location of the property is ideal. All facilities whichever you want are close by. The 2 bedrooms with en suites are ideal as they are well separated for each other. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are spacious and well equipped and the lounge has a great view of the harbour and bridge.

We have stayed in this property previously and inside the door entrance was a coat hanger on the wall. This wall has now been removed and a small set of stairs lead to a locked door. Some drilling activity could be heard through the door. The noise was not intrusive but it was disconcerting that someone could gain access to the property through this door.

In summary, the poor experience wasnt worth the view and I would not recommend staying here

The view from the property was lovely .. however, I would not recommend staying at this property. On arrival we were greeted by building works behind the door. If this had been mentioned to us previously it wouldnt have been a problem, however there were no warnings this was taking place and was quite a shock to see on arrival. The general cleanliness of the property was extremely poor - bathroom and kitchen bins hadnt been emptied since previous guests, there were dirty towels draped on radiators, empty pots and glasses left around the place, empty food packets down the sides of bed, confetti on bedroom carpets from previous guest, dirty mirrors, mess on toilet seats .. the list goes on. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Grubby, smelly property with a view!

The view is fantastic and the location being right in the middle of everything is great. Being able to park right outside is a big bonus too.

Avoid! From stepping through the door, the property is grubby and smelly. Multiple plug in air fresheners try to mask the smell of bad drainage. Stained carpets, greasy kitchen blinds and an ill fitted toilet seat.Signs of dampness and our son got an electric shock from a light socket. We only stayed as everywhere else was booked. After the electric shock, we left a day early as we had had enough. Sent an email to property but have been ignored. Could be such a lovely property if given a deep clean and drain and damp issues rectified. You are basically paying a lot of money for a view and nothing else.

Lovely apartment with great views of the harb

Lovely apartment in a perfect location with stunning views of the harbour from the lounge and main bedroom. Communication was excellent throughout. Managed to park directly outside the apartment with the scratchcard provided. Ideally located to enjoy the activities of Whitby and the lovely pubs and restaurants.

The kitchen could do with a replenish of some key items including grill pan, a second saucepan, fish slice, scissors. Everything else was excellent.

Avoid staying here

Great view Central for everything

Booked for 6 but sofa bed not made and no sheets for it quilt smelly in a cupboard that was for our use. Also chips under it. Main rooms filthy and i rote clean me on filthy blinds. Floor dirty never seen a mop grandchildren feet black within minutes of walking on it. Kitchen bin had rubbish in it coffee table in front room thick of hairs under it. Hearth rote clean me in dust. Shower head mouldy and towel rail falling off wall cracked floor tile. Toilet seat never fitted toilet. No working smoke alarm upstairs and ballastrade thick with grit as one wall was back to bare bricks and covered with tarpaulin to try and hide it. Noone had done a good clean up since plaster taken off wall. Should of guessed the state of it when got to front door which was black with muck. Very disappointed stay wouldn't recommend as spoke to booking agent and cleaner a few times but now not answering phone or my emails

Good location, average place.

Amazing location, parking included

The floor was dirty downstairs and sticky! Massive hole in the wall downstairs with bin bags covering it. On the landing upstairs part of the metal of the wall exposed. Kettle black inside. Window in double bedroom does not shut properly, blind broken. No toiletries. Needs a deep clean and a paint. For 316 for one night I expended this to be luxurious and it definitely is not. The place could be so much nicer!
