Dont miss out on this stay you wont regret it and is a great location for access to town and south beach.

A very cosy and clean stay. Would recommend in a heart beat and a far better choice than a hotel stay any day of the week.

All four of us thoroughly enjoy our stay, we would definitely book again next time we come to Scarborough.

The communication from the hosts was excellent from preparing us for our stay and also during our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed and were comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and fresh linen provided. Fantastic location. Would highly recommend booking this property for your stay.

Throughly enjoyable stay

Fully equipped with everything you can think of including toiletries. 10 min walk either way to north bay and south if you walk through the town

Property, location, and hosts were all fantastic.

Perfectly positioned to explore all of Scarborough, with lots of nearby amenities. Everything seems to have been catered for, from the obvious bedding and towels etc, to family games and books, and the owners regularly keep in touch to ensure your stay is a good one. We stayed in 2022, and were so impressed we booked again for 2023; it was good to see that even a year on the house is still as immaculately clean and well kept.

Excellent property with great communication from the hosts who replied immediately to any questions.

The code was emailed to me prior to our arrival. The lockbox was easy to find.

It was a little high on the wall for anyone not very tall.

Superb

10/10 would visit Scarborough just to stay here again

It was a lovely, comfortable stay and every member in our party enjoyed the house and all of its facilities. I don't even think we had enough time to appreciate everything Durham House had to offer. There were lots of amenities nearby (pub, shops, places to eat), and we loved staying in on our 2nd night to play some competitive games of Yahtzee A wonderful stay, definitely worth the money and we would definitely visit Scarborough again just to stay here. Also a quick shout out to Shaun & Ruth who were very attentive during our stay and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was okay and answer any questions we had. Thank you so much.

The only thing we agreed was that we wish there was more than one key as there were 6 of us and a few more bins to put rubbish in on the upper floors. But other than that, there wasn't anything we didn't like :)

It was very clean and comfortable, teabags etc, parking passes left for us to park on street. Good location for North beach and walking distance to South beach.
