Guests had an excellent overnight stay at Weston Manor Hotel, with a warm welcome at reception and a lovely room. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making the experience welcoming. (Read More) Nearby activities included Bicester Village and Oxford city center. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's decor was luxurious. Overall, the staff were amazing, and guests felt very welcome, making them want to return in the future.

Small, attractive, comfortable country hotel with wonderful staff which is close to many attractions and destinations.

As it was during the Christmas period it was beautifully decorated; warm, our double aspect deluxe room overlooking front drive and gardens to the back was a good size, daily provision of both sparkling and still water, biscuits, location, staff. It was a very good location for visiting many places. Breakfasts also really enjoyed our meal on our last night. Loved the Tudor/Georgian building and particularly liked the dining room - we dined in the Georgian room - complete with minstrel gallery, in the Tudor part of the building which we were able to look around and enjoy its history and beautiful architecture.

Banging shutters as there were no hooks to secure the latches, no curtains. On first impression the room looked really clean, however the dusting needs to be addressed. Stayed for 4 nights and the rug was not hoovered once and only partial dusting done - side lamps were covered in dust; no moisturiser/hand cream provided. Mentioned the banging shutters after our first night and the duty manager said it would be looked into; nothing done while we were there; fortunately the strong winds had subsided although there was still some banging. Mentioned again to another duty manager on departure. There was a mix up with our bill on departure and was being charged a considerable amount more for refreshments/food which we didnt have; there was no quibble and the manager soon sorted it. Overcooked pasta on our first night; dined a second night and the food was excellent. The Irish Coffee ordered was delivered as a latte without the head which was duly returned and we were not charged!

Disappointing

The deco is beautiful, dinner at the restaurant was also good

There were flies everywhere in the suite, it is ridiculous! we couldn't tell where the flies where coming from. We complained and we were told a cleaner will sort it out. After spending the whole day out one would expect to come back to a clean swept room at least; nope, the house keeping made the beds and that was it. Flies killed were still there on the floor and there were more flies buzzing about. so we complained yet again.

What an amazing place, visit you wont be disappointed! A jewel in the crown, food is out of this world and as for the staff! You wouldnt be able to find Such a friendly and helpful bunch!

Wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and well maintained with lots of charm and a large fireplace. Christmas decorations added even more to the ambiance. Staff were attentive and caring. And location is great to explore the surroundings.

Superb really enjoyed our short stay

The furniture was really classy and elegant. The ambience was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, so nice to have a breakfast cooked for you.
