Cleanliness no doubt it was good.Also the caretaker was nice and co-operative as he provided the things needed during the stay.Cylinder was not provided in the start but when we communicated this he connected the cylinder and we were able to cook.Overall the stay was good as the caretaker was nice and co-operative..Rooms are pretty spacious for accommodating 8 people.

The location should be updated properly.Secondly the windows are not good so you keep on hearing cracky sounds during the night when there is breezy weather around.Due to this it's very disturbing during the night time.Futon beds were written in the room available items but it was given when we asked them.....that to they provided us the mattresses in each room.Insects were the around so not a good option to sleep on the mattress.

The location is good and peaceful. The caretaker Harun is prompt with service and the food was homely.

The villa in itself is great but could have a small garden to sit outside in the morning or in the evening.

Overall experience was good except villa given

Location is very nice along with good connectivity. Food was good too.

Property what was shown 4 BHK and for which booking was made we didnt get the same one. Their caretaker gave us different villa which was 3 BHK. When same issue raised to their person Miss. Vishakha, no response at all from their end. Even after this same amount get charged which was not convincing.

Good villa with good view

1. Villa is neat and clean. 2. View of valley from terrace and rooms is beautiful. 3. Breakfast and dinner was good. 4. Babeque arrangement were also good. 5. Caretakers Harun and Firoj were helpful.

Here are few genuine issues that the owner of villa needs to take care to make the property better. 1. On the last day we wanted to have breakfast on terrace but caretare Harun was in hurry to cleaup up terrace saying that there are new guests coming today and he needs to cleaup up terrace for them. 2. There is only one towel in each room which is not sufficient. There should be at least one towel per guest. 3. Approach road to the villa from the road below is very steep and bumpy, there is hardly anything that can be done for steepness but at least the it could be make smooth, two of our cars dashed on bumpy ground. 4. Stair to terrace is from one of the bedroom which is problem. Three of the bedrooms are spacious but one bedroom is too small. 5 Host did call me for 50% advance payment for booking after I booked property from booking.com which I did. I messaged host to give guidelines about ideal itinerary for mahabaleshwar and pachgani and there was no reply from host. Even the caretaker was not aware about our booking. This communication gap needs to be filled in. 6. Cost for food cost that caretaker charged was on higher side. 7. WIFI was ON and OFF

To wake up to those views in the morning was so peaceful and we had a very relaxed stay at west valley villa. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and kind.

The Villa was clean and well maintained. From the balcony you can see strawberry farm just adjacent to the property. valley view from balcony is very pleasant. Peace in the nature.

Need of a good cook. But we managed for dinner as the Villa is just 10 minutes away from main market.
