Exceptional

For the third time: an excellent stay.

A lovely wee house which we returned to for a 3rd visit. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden & they love the open fire. Beds are huge and very comfortable. The shower is great. The property is central but quiet.

The only tiny thing is the couches in the living room are very low. Higher couches would definitely be more comfortable on the knees.

Superb

Lovely wee house, will definitely stay again when we come up to Banchory.

Location was great, very close to the parks, village shops & the river. Very clean & well equipped house, perfect for the four of us. Very nicely decorated.

The master bed was too soft for me, and gave me a sore back. I slept on the floor for the rest of the trip. The beds were comfy for my partner and our 2 sons, so I think it was just me that had the problem. Everything else was great!
