Disappointing

I wanted to love it but I didnt. Perhaps if it wasnt New Years Eve my experience could have been slightly improved.

Nice towels, cute room, comfortable bed. Close to where I needed to work. The staff was friendly.

It was rough. The thin walls, cavernous hallways where you could hear everything around you above a whisper-and magnified 10,000 percent. Couldnt sleep. Felt like a college dorm. No noise considerations from any one in the building. Guy next door talking loudly about his business dealings until 3am and I could hear every word even with my noise machine app on. Hot water took awhile to come on in sink.I was also a bit confused by the crinkled paper bag breakfast delivered to my door the next morning that included juice, and apple and a squished cupcakeSeems like an almost.

Property was under construction so no restaurant and limited facilities. Also noisy hallways.

Very good

It was very pricey for the value. It was a beautiful room, loved the design. Such friendly staff. Such a nice bag at your door in the morning. Ill be anxious to see the finished renovation.

The room was nicely decorated.

We left early so we didnt have any breakfast. We were only there for one night but accusations were nice even though they are going through a major renovation. Long walk from the car to the room though.

Exceptional

We were visiting a nephew at the Naval Station - this was incredibly close and convenient.

The breakfast room was under renovation, so they delivered juice and muffins to our door. The breakfast was ok. It is going to really nice when the renovations are done!

Amazing staff, very friendly, courteous, above and beyond helpful

Booking.com failed to mention that there was a fire in the hotel and was under renovation. Finding the entrance was hard, because the signs weren't lit. The first room smelled like chemicals, the second one we checked had a few things not working. Pool was a bit dirty, but it was early morning when we went out there. But because the staff (Johnathan) was extremely understanding and above and beyond helpful, we stayed. The manager on on staff the next morning was also extremely polite and helpful. We're considering going back to stay there once the renovation is completed. Just because of the great way we were treated.
