    Perfect spot to unwind away from the madness of life!
    Fantastic location right on the beach with comfortable sun loungers for guest and hammocks to chill in. Great breakfast with Thai options and best som tam on the island! Staff were amazing - had a truly relaxing stay. Minutes from great restaurants and bars while far enough away to keep the peace.

    Location is super good in the middle of sunrise beach also near the walking street. Facilities are good enough. Stuffs are easy and friendly. Worth money as other accommodations around this area could cost a lot more.

    Breakfast, the cleanliness, location and the tranquility. The manager and staffs were really friendly. It was a very relaxing resort to chill. Resort is also very eco-friendly.
    Would have been better if they had pick-up service too upon arrival.

    Great location, really friendly staff, clean rooms, very chilled out and calm environment. Loved the hammocks on the beach, so relaxing.
    Breakfast buffet could be improved significantly is all. Besides that, a nice place.

    Owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Beautiful beach. Perfect location. Rooms are big and spacious. Cute and friendly doggies to accompany you at the beach Easy access to walking street and a massage place just a stone throw away.
    No pick up from the pier when you arrive.

    Pleasant stay but there are better value resorts in Koh Lipe
    + Location, friendly staff + Wifi did not work for the first day and after mentioning about it we got a seperate wifi modem in our room, which was great + Quiet during the night + Arranged ferry+speed boat with good price, also have special prices for snorkeling tours + Decent breakfast for vegetarians
    - Garden view bungalows would need maintance, bathroom and water is smelly. Bathroom gets extremely humid - More decoration and fresh paint is needed, towels smelled funky - Uncomfortable bed & pillows - Garden view bungalows are next to a noisy road which gets active around 7 am making sleeping hard, bring earplugs!

    Its a great place for relax & unwind.
    The location is directly on the beach. The surrounding is clean & the room is comfortable.
    Itll be good if the resort can serve the local vegetarian fried noodles/rice as a breakfast option of the buffet.

    The resort is in front of the beach. Me and my friend stay in the middle of december 2023. Weather was nice, sunny and the sea water was clean. Sunrise at 6.30am-6.35am was beautiful. The resort provide motorcycle taxi for customer from the resort to bundaya ferry jetty (resort-jetty). Quiet, cozy, relaxing. Welcoming drink, toileteries, towel hanger, hairdryer, heated shower was also provided. Durinf breakfast, the staff was concern enough telling me which food contain pork & which contain chicken because were muslim. Room and bathroom was clean. Restaurants, 7 Eleven and The walking street is within walking distance, 2-3 minute. Everything was as per advertised

    The counter area was close at night. Im refilling my water bottle at the water container in darkness. I also hope the resort can also provide transportation from jetty to the resort (jetty-resort) because we have to pay outside motorcycle taxi. Other than that everything was great.
