Could be better!

Everything was good but there were lots of vibrations from kids running and walking early morning which prevented us from sleeping. The apartment is not sound proof and this was a major issue for us.

Good place, but not so organized

The room with a great sea view and the Kitchen that is great for staying more than 3 or more days

We didn't like the mistake made by the owner, we booked by booking.com and because I am Genius 3 we got an upgrade to the sea view room. Talking to the owner he gave us a little discount if we pay by cash and I did it when I arrive. But in the same day, they realize that because I got an upgrade by booking, could not give us the cash discount and ask me for more money. That for us was a little wrong, but we paid. And at the end, we liked the place above all this.

Overall, accommodation was fine and affordable on the island's best beach

Staff were kind and helpful. They set up our room for a family four, with a double bed and two singles. Plenty of space and storage. Lipe Banyan is at the end of Pattaya Beach, where the sand and water were amazing. Easy to get to other beaches nearby including Sunset. Breakfast was simple but only started at 8am, so we generally walked along the beach to Walking Street to eat.

Room location was a short walk inland of the beach, so not the beach-facing huts we saw online and were hoping for. Bathroom was large but basic and attracted a lot of mosquitoes.

Great location directly on the beach but way too loud for us at night.

The location was great

Very loud place as we could everything from the neighbors and loud bars on the beach even though they seem quite far away. The internet was also very slow.

Great comfy stay in Koh Lipe

Excellent location. Spacious room with well equipped kitchen, large TV and comfy bed. Helpful staff.

Noisy - walls are thin and near a facility with lots of animals - chickens, dogs etc.

Exceptional

Great place. At the end of mail beach. Close to local citizens houses, quite fat from most noisy part of the beach. Nice and quiet. Staff is so friendly and helpful.
