Very old and literally falling apart. Rooms look like they were renovated not that long ago. So they were reasonable.

Great location and clean room!
You have the beach, retail stores, cafes and restaurants right in front and inside of the hotel. Everything on Waikiki is in walking distance and its very vibrant at night. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony! Our room was very clean.
You could see that the furniture is a bit used.

The room was very nice and comfortable
We are in our 60s and had to pay resort fees that catered to the younger generation. This was of no benefit to us and we paid for something we had no interest in.

Everything. This was the best hotel Ive ever stayed at. Staff are so welcoming friendly and helpful. The place is spotless from the rooms to the lobby to the facilities. The views from the room we had were amazing. The luau was phenomenal. I 10000% will be back to stay again.
