Biggest disappointment in my life, wasted a week of holidays
The staff is nice although half dont understand English but thats manageable
Everything else. The facilities are completely obsolete and outdated. The tennis court is in ruins. The rooms are disfonctional, the facilities around the beach are from the previous century and extremely poor quality.
the atmosphere of the hotel is completely dead as well, but unsurprisingly given the state of the place

Hotels can live or die depending on their staff. Cannot praise the W staff highly enough, total professionals
Beautiful grounds and private hotel beach. The gym was great as were the classes each morning.
The staff at the W are absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive, they go above and beyond to make the stay special.
I can honestly say that staying at the W was perfect from booking right the way through. One of the best holidays we have had.
A couple of small areas of the room could do with a refresh, but nothing major.
