Dirty rooms, good restaurants

The restaurants.

The room. The room we had smelled like mold, was very dirty and I stepped on nails coming out of the carpet. The lounge chair outside was covered in white stains. Just gross all around.

I like the privacy of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The location and proximity to the beach was great.

I found a cockroach in the room, and the balcony wasnt very clean. I also didnt like that the hotel did not have any stations for pet relief/no trash cans with pet waste bags so easily clean up after my pet. The breakfast was misleading since the reservation said breakfast included but that wasnt actually true. There was a $50 credit for breakfast for the entire stay, but the restaurant available for breakfast was definitely expensive and the credit only covered 1 breakfast. Also, I ordered room service and the cheese cake was terrible. It takes like cream cheese with icing on top.

They did not honor the room my Booking.com reservation described...was supposed to have balcony and breakfast included , they would not give me a balcony room and still charged me for breakfast!
