the ferry boat needs a revamp because they need to have a token system and tighter schedules. sometimes it get too many people waiting and it's everyone for them selves.

Fantastic Vacation

One of the best options in Langkawi. Service level from all staff was incredible. Rooms are spacious and we enjoyed a sea view which was fantastic. Plenty of options available to entertain the family during our 4-night stay.

Staff are super kind, attentive and responsive. The room is cosy and very clean with awesome facilities to use such as the gym and pool. I have enjoyed my stay very much and would love to come back again if i'm around Langkaw. Totally recommend to those who are considering staying at this resort.

Everything. People were amazing, nice and always helpful. We were there for Christmas and everything was prepared very well starting from the food ending on the atmosphere. I highly recommend to stay there for a few days

The buildings were a little bit old and need renovation in few places. However that doesnt bother to spend there wonderful time.

Great place for a private getaway and a bit of exclusivity as you're situated on a private island.

Buffet meals during breakfast and dinner tasted pretty good. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The room had everything you could need and slightly more. We enjoyed the tennis court, the game facilities (pool table, foosball, board games, etc.) and the swimming pool.

Buffet line lacked variety, but the taste made up for the lack of choices. Our room had issues with mosquitoes at night (only at night). Not sure how they kept getting in, cause our windows were all shut. Some kind of readily available anti-mosquito solution would be good to have. Though the tennis court was clean and functional (but not perfect), I hoped the net was better maintained, and the unused badminton court was turned into a tennis court too. More guests play tennis. Also, the games room needs another 1 or 2 more pool tables. That was undeniably the most popular game for guests of all ages. Having to get to and from Rebak Island you only have the boat. There was one instance our ride back to Rebak Island at 9.15pm was packed over the limit with guests and luggage. I didn't feel safe, though the ride was short (5-7mins). In cases like this, they should have operated the other boat (it was docked in the jetty) or made 2 trips instead of one.
