The Village at Breckenridge Resort offers comfortable and well-furnished condos for families, with a smooth check-in process. The location is ideal for skiing, with a chair lift right out back and sk (Read More)i rental available on the first floor. The resort has clean pools, hot tubs, a steam room, and sauna. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The village is well-designed and the ski instructors are great. However, the skiing and surrounding amenities can be expensive, and visitors should be prepared for the high elevation. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are clean with ample storage space and a kitchenette.

The staff having no knowledge of the fees and the maintenance never showing when I had an issue with the room.

Location

Our room was very outdated. We checked in late after 10pm with sleeping kids. Room 4223. The bed was broken and wobbled bad. My wife didnt feel safe sleeping on it so we all stayed on the pull out couch which was old and worn out. The shower was almost unusable and unsafe as the water kept going from cold to supper hot burning my kids! My wife was very unhappy with the whole facility. The room windows only looked out at the roof top of the building. No view! No one was at the front desk while we were there. The hours for the hot tub and pool open at 10am check out at 11. The parking cost of $50 a night is ridiculous considering you cant park anywhere else close and there wasnt even any spots left near the hotel side. It was a terrible costly experience for us.

Staff responded well to broken glass in room with quick change to new room.

Parking was extra. No staff at reception meant that check in a drive away at another location.

The location was good. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Bed was very uncomfortable. No hot water and the tub would not drain. The bathroom window had no curtains or blinds and the carpet was dirty. Heat source was not good and very few electrical outlets.
