VERY clean room. Quiet, despite it being a motel and close to the street.

Convenient location close to downtown Manitou Springs. Only 1.4 miles to the Incline.

Loved our visit and we'll happily stay at the Villa Motel again!

Location was walkable to the main shopping/food district. Staff was wonderful and the room was nice and clean.

Great place to stay!

Great location. Great value. Breakfast is fruit and pastries available at front desk, but with such value that is not an issue. Room freshly decorated, very clean, lots of towels all the things that matter. They give you a map of the town, which was really helpful. Highly recommend.

Wifi network had just been changed and the label on the card was out of date. There were 2 TV remotes and some instructions on the smart TV operation would be helpful..

Clean room, king bed, great location - walked to downtown several times in 3 days

Will recommend to friends--very nice, relaxing stay.

Very personable staff. Location was great--right adjacent to free shuttle stop. Also, motel was exceedingly accomodating in allowing us to leave car in their lot during day while we recreated--saved us a big parking fee!

Walls are pretty thin--we were lucky in not having noisemakers next to us.
