    This will be my preferred place of booking if I want to stay near the beach
    Spacious room with separate pantry/living area. Toiletries provided were from Crabtree & Evelyn. The location is about 10min walk away from the Cenang beach. It is quiet but still safe to walk back from the beach at night as it is near Parkroyal, so its brightly lit. The restaurant at the Villa (red sky restaurant) has good food and live band music at night. We had to checkout early in the morning and would miss out on breakfast. The receptionist was very sweet to prepare breakfast for us and placed it in our room the night before. 10/10 service!

    Quite location but walking distance to most places, beach, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful staff Very clean and well equipped apartment Perfect for a relaxing few days away
    Could have been a bit more choice at breakfast but it was always fresh and plenty of what was there

    The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and plentiful. The location was very central to a range of beaches, shops and restaurants.

    Excellent accommodation with wonderful staff
    The staff and the apartment make this place. They did small things that meant so much, like leaving us umbrellas to walk down to breakfast if it was raining. Delivering freshly made biscuits during the day. A small gift when we left. Great location with lots of places to eat and see the sunset on the beach. Breakfast was a feast with numerous items ranging from homemade cakes to freshly made omelettes.
    The swimming pool was outdated and needed cleaning. It was the only thing. Otherwise, it would have gotten 10 out of 10

    We booked the villa without much expectations except for its close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and convenience store. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of Peter, his caring staff, and the six resident cats! The villa had a homely feeling. During our stay, we spend much time indoor due to the rain. However, everyone made us feel at home with their smiles and hospitality. The cats roam around the villa freely but if you are not a fan of one, they leave you alone. All in all, we would recommend this villa for anyone visiting Langkawi.
