Villa 468 is a beautiful beachfront villa with great staff. The family who runs it is very sweet and makes guests feel at home. They provide delicious breakfast and are always ready to help. The room (Read More)s are new and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The villa is conveniently located near restaurants and cafes. The staff goes above and beyond for guests, even organizing airport transfers and alternative accommodations. Overall, it is a pleasant and enjoyable place to stay.

It was close to the beach.

I booked a room with a balcony and sea view, the room I was given had neither. I was so tired after a long journey and I was only staying one night - I didn't have the energy to argue.

Very nice place.

Good location and private. Balcony on room levels but not attached to room, not a problem. Owner went to great lengths to fix aircon. Nice simple breakfast

Great

Very good breakfast. Owner arranged to take me on two trips in his car. Yala National park and river boat trip both good value. Very polite helpful family. Laid back hotel with good access to beach and shops

Nothing!

WARNING!!! A terrible place! The owners will try to overcharge you for everything. No ocean view. No running hot water. AC doesn't work. No breakfast. No mineral waters offered. No bathrobe. No table, T.V or coffee in the rooms. No sauna (unless you consider a room without A.C as sauna!!) Not cleaning the rooms. The facility is old and dirty and full of rust. Shouting and disputes between the family members. An overall scam!
