    We had a short and sweet getaway. Lovely room, great spa and good breakfast.
    WE checked in specifically for the spa facilities and the spa area was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The saunas were spacious and well-maintained. The gym was very well equipped, new and well-maintained. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with lots of space to unpack. The breakfast was good with the usual continental fare. The train station was 2 minutes away and although it wasn't in the heart of Berlin, it was easy to hop on a train and explore.
    The check-in at the lobby took a while. Not for us but for the 2 or 3 couples in front of us. We were very curious what took them so long but we checked in within a minute! One other thing that disappointed us was the closure of the steam room. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities so we were a little upset about this. But the service and overall experience made up for it!
