A superb hotel with excellent facilities but too many special deal all inclusive guests.

Liked the Bistro but it was closed on Sunday evening, had to walk to Hotel next door to get table service.

Too many guests on special all-inclusive deals causing overcrowding and phrenetic atmosphere. We paid for 5 star service which we did not get at breakfast.

Great infrastructure and extremely lousy service

That it is new

Billing and services in general were extremely lacking. Talking to service managers was useless to be honest as two of them called for feedback and the conversation didnt go well. Ive never seen such a disastrous billing lack of coordination. Basics like charging stuff to my room was not even allowed, I had to pay on the spot for every little thing in the resort. Its enough for me to avoid this hotel and any asset the group has anywhere in the world.
