Good price point stay

Liked the room although small it was enough for the 2 of us. It was quiet although it's not situated in a good part of town. Staff was friendly and very close to amenities.

Upon arrival, we passed the hotel because we couldn't see any signs for the hotel.

Clean, but small rooms.

Very clean, and the staff was very nice. Nice building. Walkable location to a lot things!

The rooms we ended up in was much smaller than the rooms in the photos appeared (understanding you don't always get the room in the picture, but was expecting it to be similar). It was a little deceiving and when we stayed for 4 nights, it was a bit cramped. Location. While we felt safe indoors and the front doors require a key to get in at night, the street to one direction around it are not very well lit and have quite a few drug users around. We had to figure which direction we should walk and which we shouldn't. No fault to the property, but just the way it is and wish I would have known. Vancouver as a whole currently has a bit of a drug problem, but there are other areas of the city where you see less.

The location was good, the staff were friendly, the shared bathrooms were nice and updated.

My room backed onto Housekeeper room, they were making a lot of noise from 8am onwards. The staff that checked me in took $100 deposit at the same time as taking payment and didn't tell me until after she'd taken the payment - we're not all travelling with loads of money, completely not ok, deposit wasn't refunded until a few days after check out. The duvet cover was yellowed and patchy on the underside. Definitely only enough space for a single traveller, I only had a small duffle bag and it was almost too much. Also a bench next to the sink in the room would be helpful, juggling makeup on the floor was interesting.

Very clean, well furnished and nice hotel, close to downtown (I enjoyed the position very much). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I couldn't ask for more. I liked the atmosphere

Somewhat noisy environment outside. Lack of breakfast opportunities on site (though the availability of an in-room Nespresso machine, daily refilled with coffee, partially compensated for this). In any case: both circumstances were clear from the hotel site, so no real complaint
