    Convenient location, but a complete disappointment with very worned stained bed linen and pubic hair.
    Convenient location, traditional Thais decor.
    Bed linen are worn, old and many stained marks. Definitely need a complete replacement. We even spotted a disgusting pubic hair on the bed sheet on arrival.

    Great location near night markets and the old city but also very peaceful
    The hotel grounds were so beautiful and the room felt very comfortable despite being so spacious.
    My only note was that the fitness area seemed very light on equipment and also had limited hours but this was not a real issue.

    A conveniently located, small hotel just outside the old city walls.
    This was our second stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our first stay so much we chose to return 6 years later to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.We booked a room with pool access which was lovely (there are only 3). The bathroom is quirky with bright green tiles throughout. Breakfast was adequate with both western and asian options. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained.
    The room is beginning to show some signs of wear (but that doesn't take long in tropical conditions). We experienced some mild irritation at the noise of furniture being scraped across the floor above us at night.

    Pleasant, hotel is dated
    the location is great and its in a quiet soy( back street)
    the room was very dark, with only large sliding glass doors onto the thoroughfare balcony. There was a lot of noise outside our rooms from early morning where the cleaners would leave their trolley outside our door. the room was stuffy + the aircon was old and loud. A pleasant stay overall but overpriced as the rooms/beds are tired.

    They have clean big rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it!

    Lovely hotel
    The hotel is gorgeous, it has lovely, cute areas/ balconies to sit and read books/listen to music. The pools are also great and the gardens too. Breakfast was ok.
    The staff is nice but feels a bit removed. I wish it was more friendly.

    A very comfortable stay in a convenient location for restaurants, bars and shops. Easy walking.
    The room was very comfortable though there are perhaps too many trays in the bathroom which are unnecessary..
    The choice of TV channels was poor with no BBC or CNN. The wifi caused problems which were resolved eventually.
