Exceptional

Very clean hotel. The room, the toilet, the corridor was all very clean. Very polite and friendly staff. I was really not expecting this service from a budget hotel. There is a small restaurant on the 3rs floor as well. For breakfast, we have Idlis, dosas, bread,butter, jam, a sweet and one other dish( upma, poha) and tea and coffee. The restaurant even delivers lunch and dinner to your room if requested. The location is very good as well. Probably just a few 100 meters from the bus station. There is a bakery, a grocery store right opposite to the hotel, just in case you forgot to bring something. All in all, superb experience and would totally recommend Vasathi.

We have booked 2 rooms here.. If I am talking about staff and cleanliness of room that was good. Location is good and every restaurant is near to this hotel.

The prices they have charged quite high . I have paid 4500 for 2 rooms for 1 night (standard room). Size of room were ok but still don't have some basic facility like- kettle and tea /coffee . Also, the infrastructure of room was quite old.

Fair stay but over priced.

Poor breakfast options. Expensive, 30 percent less fair would be reasonable considering the number of hotels in the area..

1.Spacious rooms with proper amenities. 2.Room service & attending concerns on time. 3.Wi-Fi connectivity including TV makes stay more comfortable. 4.Near to Madikeri fort,Raja street,omkaraseshwara temple & mandalapatti. 5.Staff behaviours & hearing the quest in nice manner(most hotels wont doing now a days). 6.Prompt reminder about buffet during breakfast.

1.Parking space (Staffs will take care still need attention). 2,Restaurant limited food options (need to improve). 3.Not having 24*7 hot water facilities.
