Everything was just nice. The staff was so amazing I had a blast!

There was a loud air system from a nearby facility that was quite audible next to my room but it didn't bother me that much. The room was very nice

Nice room, good location.

Lovely happy hour in the bar right off the front lobby - live music and the best calamari I've ever eaten. Loved the pool and saunas.

I'm not a fan of the showerheads that pour water straight down on top of your head.

Decent buffet breakfast, quick service. Addressed any concerns we had quickly and professionally. Excellent location. Nice gym. Good food at the conference I attended. Has live music in lobby restaurant 4-7pm

Queen beds were small, doubles. Expensive buffet and cost via booking.com only includes 2 breakfasts rather than the 3 we were expecting. Noisy toilet. $45/d for parking is steep.

Poor

I have been a Bonvoy member for years, selecting Mariott properties whenever possible. The last several stays all represent and old, tired, property in need of renovation. Its time to start looking for a new brand I can trust to have consistent properties in which the value is evident in the price. Also a minor inconvenience, not related to my comments above is the lack of staff. Although 2 staff at the reception desk, I waited 49 minutes - the line exceeded the property (out the door) without any additional staff added to address the line. This is more a statement of our economic times, however if the hotel cannot meet staffing requirements, it should be reflected in pricing.

The room we had was on the 5th floor and we had access to a huge deck /patio was nice to sit and relax with my spouse . The staff was also extremely helpful and kind.
