Enjoyed our overwall.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean and smelled nice.

The bed mattress may need replacement as it was sagging (slopes inwards the middle).

Room was great with a good view, house keeping was attentive and friendly and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful,

The location has some issues with drug addicts but theres not much you can do about it. Its an issue the city needs to work on.

Location was perfect, close to Gastown and shopping. Great coffee shops down the road and the restaurant in the lobby was lovely.

Superb

Clean comfortable hotel. Centrally located 2 blocks to main transit cross station. Train to airport and fraser valley, sea bus terminal, helijet terminal and Harbour air. High end shopping nite clubs blocks away. Both stadiums a $10 uber ride.

Disappointing

Price was very high for value. I was first provided a room that was not a suit (which I booked a 1 bedroom suite they tried to provide me with a half wall separating bed and living room. Please Vancouver delta stick to the room booked or upgrade instead of trying to downgrade. Especially with families.
