I had an excellent time, the staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was very nice, but did not have some of the necessary items. I had to buy shampoo from the gift shop, also the refrigerator was stocked but never restocked. The views, the pool and the beach were amazing.

I was here during Thanksgiving by myself, in order to have a Thanksgiving dinner I had to pay 85.00, I only ate one plate of food. I dont eat much and am only 142lbs at best. The refrigerator needs to be restocked and the room should have shampoo.

Room was massive. nice ocean front view. nice beach.

alot of the decor fountains were not working making property look ran down outside. Everything else was beautiful

Good ambiance.

Didnt offer much activities, or complimentary food or drinks to guests I was told that we had to pay for any snacks or drinks used that was placed in the room excluding the coffee, and overly expensive. And got locked out of my room with my personal items inside for a room I already paid for because it was a prepaid booking. Every dollar for stay they got before I arrived. My family and I stepped out and apparently they were calling the room and didnt get us but instead of sending an email or wait until we return to our room or at the hotel lobby. the staff think the best option was to lock us out of our paid room, and this was because my credit card wasnt on file for other future expenses, future expenses I would have paid for upon checkout or filing card like I did. Poor choice of action by staff and Im sure they checked the room without us knowing before locking us out.

Disappointing

Very disappointed about the whole stay

Inside the lobby and hallways were super clean and pretty. Pool surroundings were ok and the beach was beautiful and super clean.

It is a non-smoking property and our bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell all the time and the neighbor was smoking all the time in the balcony and all the smoke were coming our way, we couldnt open the door or enjoy the balcony. We did not have shampoo or conditioner and just one little cream for 4 people and no extra towels very little of all the needed stuff we had to go to the counter to ask for it and extra cups or enough coffee and the snack bar was half empty when we got there so I had to reported in case they charge us. I reported the smoke smell but they just made a note in the computer. I went for third time and asked them to move us but they said next day after 12:00pm to go to desk again to ask again to see if I could be changed, but I had reservations and plans already for the whole day so I couldnt do the move it was to late and we were leaving next day. I told them all inconvenients and no discount or anything was done just a oh sorry for all that and next time we will give you a discount but I will never come back or recommend it to any one. Customer service was very bad.
