Superb

Excellent choice!

We are big fans of Tru, and this one did not disappoint! The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are quiet, and the parking was plentiful. We would gladly stay here again!

Overall good everything was clean

No hair dryer Breakfast would have been good everything was depleted by 800 AM and took over 30 minutes to restock

Superb

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very professional.

The breakfast selection was small. The sandwiches were gone by the time we got to breakfast. And the eggs did not taste good at all.

The staff was helpful.

The housekeeping did not replace my towels when requested. They only refolded my dirty towels and put them back on the shelves.

Waiting for my refund, worst night ever

I waited 30 minutes to be even acknowledged at 3am with3 young kids went to our room to kind it was not clean, food left , bed unmade and the toilet unflushed Got a new room ac did not work and the lock did not lock so I didn't sleep when I asked management for it to be addressed they laughed and were heard talking about me and my complaint among themselves as a joke

Disappointing

Keep driving. There's other hotels in the vacinity

Location was good, breakfast was good.

-Kept smacking our shins/knees on the bedframes. (They really didn't think through that design) -hair in the shower--not ours -towels smelled like cigarettes/stale
