Superb

This hotel has been a family favorite for years.

And while this hotel has been around for years, it is still one of our favorites with the layout consisting of separate rooms for the bathroom and shower, and the pseudo isolated front sofa and desk.

A bit of construction going on but the only real (and very minor) disruption was that I wanted to print out some tickets knowing that they had a business center. That didn't exist due to construction and I really didn't need to print the tickets anyway.

Location

Under construction. Not advertised on website. Pool ,gym ,limited breakfast. Ants in 1 of my 2 rooms. . Son was bit in shower.

Poor

For a Marriot hotel, this one did not meet the high standards we have come to expect.

The location was acceptable for where we wanted to be.

The staff were not helpful, the building was very poorly maintained, I had to request housekeeping everyday, cleaning was average to poor, the breakfast quality was poor.

Exceptional

Will be stayin here again the next time we visit San Antonio.

All was great, went for a quick getaway for Grandaughter's days off from school. She enjoyed the indoor pool. She also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Would not stay here again

Location . Breakfast area had real cream for coffee.

Very dark room. No overhead lights. Bathroom split into two narrow rooms with heavy sliding doors. Very difficult to slide even after maintenance worked on them. No place to put luggage except the sofa. Bed was not harder than a rock, but it was certainly no softer.
