The breakfast could have more variety, and the rooms need a bit more attention to cleanliness. The gym is fantastic with various equipment available. The lobby is spacious and well-lit, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is fresh, delicious, and offers a wide variety of options. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, affordable, and recommended.

    Someone needs to be managing this place and staff needs to be trained.
    The location was great and the beds were lovely. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent - much better the second day.
    We found out upon arrival that the parking was actually a garage a block away (and staff could not even give good directions). The staff did not seem to know what was going on regarding charges for the parking garage (or much of anything else). They put a hold on $90 over the full charge from our account the moment we checked in! - this was way more than they said they would and certainly a departure from other properties. It was so incredibly difficult to just get a bottle of water, and the property was not disability friendly (largely due to the parking garage situation).

    Cleaning staff and staff serving the breakfast were welcoming and friendly.
    Staff at breakfast were attentive and making sure the food items were available and they kept the area clean.

    Decent hotel with good amenities would recommend to friends.
    It was located close to the Historic Third Ward which is the main tourist area which made it very convenient. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and efficient.
    Because it is a more budget hotel the rooms are not carpeted and the floors had a weird stickiness to it which I did not love. Would recommend people to bring slippers if they stay.

    We had a wonderful stay in Milwaukee and our location was perfect
    Breakfast was great and simple. Location was amazing - very easy to walk to all kinds of things/places
    parking was not included and was an additional $25 per day if you wanted to be able to go in and out of the parking ramp.

    No mention of 0 parking options. Checking in took a long time and staff at the front desk was not very friendly. The parking ramp we were advised to park in was not connected or affiliated with the hotel at all. We had to leave early in the morning. It was a long dark walk to the 25.00 parking overnight ramp.

    I really appreciated the safety feeling of the location, quietness, and the cleanliness of the facility. I also appreciated the use of the fitness area.

    Great location, great staff! Would definitely recommend to friends looking to travel to Milwaukee!
    Even though it was offsite, parking was surprisingly simple for a downtown location. Proximity to Summerfest was a huge plus.
    My ONLY complaint would be the strong scent of, Im assuming, the cleaning solution used. Our room smelled strongly of it when we first walked in, however I think it had just been cleaned and the smell dissipated quickly. As someone with scent triggered migraines, this could be an issue for some. I did very much appreciate how clean the room was though. No carpet made me feel less icky about walking on the floor in socks.
