Disappointing

Good but not value for money.

Location was Nice. Breakfast was nice.

Service. Wifi wasn't stable. Room service wasn't great. The pool was okay but not temperature controlled. Surprisingly ARM wasn't working and struggled to make payment.

amazing views from the hotel, great location very pleasant stay

excellent location, amazing views from the balcony, peaceful, excellent staff- polite friendly and helpful. They work really hard to make your stay comfortable. Both breakfast and Dinner were tasty and have a lot of variety. they changed menu every day so you tasted variety of local and fresh food

The room was spacious, and clean, and had a cute little balcony. The on-site food was delicious and the 350 rupees for breakfast were more than worth it.

It's definitely a nice place but for that price, I would have expected more. The insulation in the whole building seems to be quite bad and we could hear every word spoken in the hallway (on the third floor). In the middle of the night, a staff member banged on our door "to check electricity" (even though we had no issues and did not report anything as we were asleep) which also did not contribute to a good night's sleep. Wifi was not very stable and there were issues with the card reader when checking out.

stay was nice. location is not good as of now lot of road works going on. hope it will get clear soon. food taste need to be improved. hospitality is excellent. staffs were cooperative especially those on restaurant. overall good stay

It was a okayish stay, theres plenty to see around Munnar, so spent very little time at property

The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained

The description of the rooms dont specify all facilities such as A/C etc, after arrival we realised some rooms are not A/C. During peak season theres no upgrade available. Food is average.
