I have booked for 28-29 Dec. While booking, I was asked by net portal for arrival time at hotel. I filled it as 4-5 am. Later the staff called me and said if you reach by 5am you have to pay for 27-12-23 too as check in time is 12 noon. I said yes I will pay. But when I reached the Hotel they didnt give me any room and asked me to wait up to 12 noon. I said, I had a talk like if I pay for 27-12-23 as well, I will be given a room. But they didnt give me any room. Then I cancelled the room and went to another Hotel. I didnt get the refund till now.

Superb

The room was not only clean and well-maintained but also quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the modern amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

Exactly like in pictures, clean 10/10

It is exactly like how its shown in photos. Cleanliness is 10/10. Clean bedsheets clean washrooms, spacious rooms. Loved it.

They take too much time at the reception.

Bathroom shower has poor pressure. Commode cleanliness needs improvement.

Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Staff has to be constantly pushed to clean the tables. Room curtains should be thicker to prevent light coming in room.

terrible experience. would not go again.

it was just okay paying this much amount for a room like this isnt worth it.

they say its a 3 star hotel but it just feel like that. no Wi-Fi password provided. when I asked the female receptionist for plates and bowls for dinner she refused saying we can only give if you order in hotel. this is not mentioned in the policy. what kind of hospitality is this. AC of one room wasnt cooling. also the restro bar is on the upper floor so continuously the chaos on the lobby floor and people were just randomly talking loudly at midnight. which resulted in bad sleep. there was no calmness. I stayed in the Treebo which is situated in khamla Nagpur that hotel was very nice but this stay in Treebo brijinn was horrible. this kind of hospitality after paying 5000 rupees is just not acceptable. I would never want to stay in Treebo hotel. the founder Siddharth should look into this. terrible experience!!!
