    Stay was nice, booking this stay was not
    The stay was really nice, food was good, staff was well trained.
    Booking was a tricky one. They have cancelled my booking even after they have no other reservations. The room was cancelled just 2 hours before my check in when I was travelling. I reached there and found that I have to pay more to book the same room.

    Very neat and location is prime.
    The option shown during booking (booking.com)was not provided, though upfront payment was made. Instead of extra wide bed (3 members), they gave twin-bed and extra bed on floor; ridiculously arrogant. Worse: front desk staffs never had any qualms about the deviation. Neither did they apologise as a matter of courtesy. It was like Take it or Leave it. Tried to justify illogically though which confirmed their non-commitment.

    The place is clean, well maintained and the location is comfortably in the city. The staff the prompt and courteous. The restaurant and breakfast arrangements and quality is quite satisfactory. Checkin checkout was pretty smooth.

    Property was centrally located, neat and clean, courteous staff, quick room service
    Parking wasnt adequate. Only two cars can be parked at a time near the main gate. We had to park our car outside on the road one night

    Very good hotel, clean
    We stayed for only 5 hours in the night because we had a late arrival and an early flight. For this lenth of time we found the room very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The hotel looks fresh and cosy. The guys at the reception helped us to order a taxi.

    Very bad experience; wont stay with them.
    we didnt get ice cubes and when we gave ice pack to keep in their kitchen fridge, they didnt return on time and had to call 4-5 times to get it after 25 minutes of promised time of 11pm! Post that manager called to say that he wont give me wake calls that he agreed before this episode! This is absolute dadagiri! Also, before our stay they kept calling almost daily to make part payment and when asked to send payment link for the same many a times they never sent it!

    they charged extra for EVERYTHING. Only one bottle of water was given a day, you had to pay extra for tv channels. the aircon was preset and you couldnt change the temp. this made the room very hot. the refrigerator provided never got cold despite it being new. the rooms were very small. other guests were very loud after midnight.
