Peaceful and quite stay

The location of the hotel is away from city rush but close enough to reach the heart of city by local transport. Really loved the morning views from balcony.

The staff was not very helpful.

Very bad, horrible.

They sold our room to someone else keep confirming our booking on phone but never asked for advance payment. If advance was required, they shud have send the cancellation mail once the advance payment time was over. When reached said it's sold out. They are cheaters as on booking.com they reported customer didn't show up.
